1. About these terms

Catch Vision is provided by AURMAK ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the organisation that signs up ("you") and to everyone you give access to. By starting a trial or a subscription, you agree to them.

2. Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and covers up to three screens, hosted by us.

3. Prices and billing

• Hosted by us: $12 a screen per month, billed yearly in advance, or $14 a screen per month, billed monthly.
• On your own servers: $16 a screen per month, plus a one-off setup fee from $1,295. Minimum 10 screens.
• Catch Vision Local: $495 once, with no subscription.
• Prices are per screen, and touch kiosks and display screens cost the same.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. We add any tax that applies where you are.

4. What's included, and what isn't

Your subscription includes the Catch Vision software for touch kiosks and display screens, every feature described on our pricing page, updates, security fixes and support.

These are not included and are charged separately when you ask for them:

• Building data. Building data features need a building management or energy management system (BMS or EMS). If you already have one, we can usually connect it, subject to a quote. If you don't, AURMAK can supply one, together with any sensors and smart switches, at a separate cost.
• Screens, players and other hardware.
• Installation on site.
• Setup carried out for you. Remote setup starts at $395.
• Custom features or integrations.

Anything charged separately is agreed with you in writing before the work starts.

5. Running Catch Vision on your own servers

If Catch Vision runs on your servers, you run those servers and their backups, and provide the network access screens need. We install Catch Vision, keep it up to date and support it.

6. Catch Vision Local

Catch Vision Local is a one-off licence for sites without internet. It includes 60 days of bug fixes from handover. After that, changes are charged only if you ask for them.

7. Your content

• You own the content you put on your screens.
• You are responsible for having the right to use it, and for what it says.
• Our upload checks, image checks and emergency takedown help you avoid mistakes. They don't make us responsible for your content.
• You give us permission to store and process your content only to run Catch Vision for you.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Catch Vision to show unlawful, harmful or misleading content, to attack or overload the service, or to try to access accounts or screens that aren't yours.

9. If the connection drops

Screens keep showing the content they have stored if they lose their connection, and pick up changes when it comes back.

10. Data protection

We handle personal data as described in our privacy notice. Screens don't store personal data, and kiosk usage reports are anonymous.
