Nothing goes on a public screen by accident.

Digital signage in a public space is seen by everyone who walks past, and a wrong image can be shared before you know it's there. So every step from upload to screen has a check on it.

Before anything goes live

The checks happen on their own. You don't have to remember them.

Upload checks

Only allowed file types and sizes get in, and every file is scanned for malware.

Image checks

Images are checked automatically. Anything flagged is blocked, and you're told why.

Preview and confirm

See the page exactly as the screen will show it. Then Catch Vision asks you to confirm which screens get it.

Start and end dates

Content comes down when it should, even if nobody remembers to take it off.

If something goes wrong

You can fix it in seconds, from wherever you are.

Emergency takedown

Pull a single page, or switch one site or every screen to a safe default screen. Online screens change straight away.

One-click rollback

Go back to the version that was on before.

A full activity log

See who uploaded, changed or published what, and when.

Who can get in

Only the people you choose, and only while you want them to.

Two-factor sign-in, always on

Every admin needs a second check to sign in. It can't be switched off.

Signed out when idle

Sessions end on their own after a period of no activity.

Locked after failed attempts

Repeated wrong passwords lock the account.

Access removed instantly

When someone leaves, take their access away in one step.

The screens themselves

A screen in a public lobby has to look after itself.

Locked down

The app starts when the screen turns on. Nobody can close it or reach the device settings or files.

Signed content only

A screen only accepts content signed by your account. Anything else is rejected.

Encrypted connections only

Content travels to screens over encrypted connections and nothing else.

A stolen screen is cut off

Every screen has its own key. Revoke it in one click and the screen gets nothing more.

Your data

Kept where you need it, and kept to a minimum.

Hosted where you need it

We host Catch Vision in the region you need. Or it runs on your own servers, so the data never leaves your environment.

Encrypted

Data is encrypted when it's stored and when it moves.

Backed up daily

When we host it, your content and settings are backed up every day.

No personal data on screens

Screens hold your content and nothing about the people who use them.

Anonymous usage only

Kiosk reports count visits and taps. They never identify anyone.

Checked by people outside our team

Independent penetration test

An outside security team tests Catch Vision before launch.
